How to edit your White Label Partner Branding and Domain Settings

From the White Label tab in your LeadPost account, you can input your white label settings.

Step 1: Enter your white label site sub-domain

This is the domain that your clients will use to log into their account. You can use a the following format:

  • login.yourdomain.com

  • client.yourdomain.com

A best practice is to use your agency's website for "yourdomain.com", but you can use any domain you own and manage.

Step 2: Enter your white label API sub-domain

This is the domain where your clients can access the API to pull reporting data or push suppression data and other options via API. You can use a the following format:

  • api.yourdomain.com

Step 3: Choose your site title

The site title will be what your clients see when they log into their account.

Step 4: Enter your terms of service URL

If you wish to show your terms of service on login or registration, enter your terms of service URL. This is optional.

Step 5: Select registration requirements

If you wish to allow clients to directly register for a free trial account check the Allow Clients to Directly Register for a Free Trial Account? box. If you want to ensure that you collect the client's phone number upon registration, check the Require Phone Number for Free Trial Account Registration? box.

Step 6: Select notification requirements

If you'd like to receive an email notification when a client registers for a free trial account, enter the email addresses in the Email Addresses to Notify on Free Trial Account Registration box. Multiple email addresses must be separated by comma.

Step 7: Upload your company logo

Your logo will be displayed in multiple areas. The following files are required:

  • Site Navigation Logo (50p x 125p)

  • Login Page Logo (100p x 300p)

  • Site Favicon Apple Touch (180p x 180px)

  • Site Favicon (32px x 32px)

  • Site Favicon (16px x 16px)

Follow the instructions to drop your image file to upload or select your file.

Step 8: Select your color scheme

To customize the left hand navigation menu, choose your preference from the Nav Menu Background Color menu. To customize the color of the buttons, choose your preference from the Button Background Color menu.

Step 9: Apply Settings
