Reports Overview for Agency/White Label Accounts

LeadPost's Reports page provides insight into your Clients' Lead, Direct Mail, Email, Social & Display Campaigns.

Dashboard

Dashboard gives you a snapshot of:

  • Your Billing Plan Summary including the type of billing plan to which you are currently subscribed, your billing start and end date, and your billing plan usage. If you are on a monthly billing plan, you are also able to upgrade to a different billing plan from this page.

  • Your Leads by Day for your all of your client accounts

  • Your Billing Plan Overages status (enabled or disabled), and amount of overages incurred for the current billing period, if enabled.


Lead Summary

Lead Summary allows you to review your client campaigns at a high level, including Client Name, Client Type (B2B or B2C), Campaign Name, Audience Name, Delivery Date, Number of Leads Delivered, and Billed (which will only apply if there are overage charges).

You are able to filter these campaigns by start and end date, client name, and user group. Simply make your selections and click Apply.

Not all Lead Summary columns will be displayed by default. If you would like to edit the columns displayed, click Columns and select the options you wish to view.

If you make edits to filters or columns displayed, click Save Layout to save the view. Once saved, it will become the default view.

To export the Lead Summary, click Export and a csv file will be downloaded to your computer.


B2C Lead Details

B2C Lead Details displays all of the data on each lead that has been captured in your B2C client accounts.

You are able to filter these Lead Details by delivery start and end date, lead start and end date, client name, and user group. Simply make your selections and click Apply.

Not all Lead Detail columns will be displayed by default. If you would like to edit the columns displayed, click Columns and select the options you wish to view. Note that if you have opted to append data such as gender or homeowner status, those options will be available here as well.

If you make edits to filters or columns displayed, click Save Layout to save the view. Once saved, it will become the default view.

To export the Lead Summary, click Export and a csv file will be downloaded to your computer.

Clicking on the B2C Lead Card allows you to view a snapshot of the lead.


B2B Lead Details

B2B Lead Details displays all of the data on each lead that has been captured in your B2B client accounts.

You are able to filter these Lead Details by delivery start and end date, lead start and end date, client name, and user group. Simply make your selections and click Apply.

Not all Lead Detail columns will be displayed by default. If you would like to edit the columns displayed, click Columns and select the options you wish to view.

If you make edits to filters or columns displayed, click Save Layout to save the view. Once saved, it will become the default view.

To export the Lead Summary, click Export and a csv file will be downloaded to your computer.

Clicking on the B2B Lead Card allows you to view a snapshot of the lead.


Direct Mail

This report will populate only if you have Direct Mail enabled on your account.

Direct Mail reporting allows you to review your client campaigns at a high level, including Client Name, Direct Mail Campaign Name, Creative Name, Audience Name, Date, Number Sent, and whether or not that campaign is Billable or has been Billed.

You are able to filter these campaigns by start and end date, audiences, audiences, campaigns, and creatives. Simply make your selections and click Apply.

Not all Direct Mail reporting columns will be displayed by default. If you would like to edit the columns displayed, click Columns and select the options you wish to view.

If you make edits to filters or columns displayed, click Save Layout to save the view. Once saved, it will become the default view.

To export the Direct Mail report, click Export and a csv file will be downloaded to your computer.


Direct Mail Sends

This report will populate only if you have Direct Mail enabled on your account.

Direct Mail Sends displays the details of your direct mail campaign, including Send Date, Campaign, Creative, Audience, Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, Address, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Creative, and Attributes.

You are able to filter Direct Mail Sends by start and end date, audiences, campaign, and creative. Simply make your selections and click Apply.

Not all Direct Mail Sends columns will be displayed by default. If you would like to edit the columns displayed, click Columns and select the options you wish to view.

If you make edits to filters or columns displayed, click Save Layout to save the view. Once saved, it will become the default view.

To export Direct Mail Sends, click Export and a csv file will be downloaded to your computer.


Email

This report will populate only if you have Email enabled on your account.

Email reporting allows you to review the details your client campaigns, including Date, Client, Audience, Campaign, Creative, ESP, Domain, ESP Account, ESP Connection, Attempted, Delivered, Delivery %, Opens, Open %, Clicks, CTR, Unsubs, Unsub %, Complaints, and Complaint %.

You are able to filter this Email report by start and end date, audiences, campaign, and creative. Simply make your selections and click Apply.

Not all Email columns will be displayed by default. If you would like to edit the columns displayed, click Columns and select the options you wish to view.

If you make edits to filters or columns displayed, click Save Layout to save the view. Once saved, it will become the default view.

To export the Email report, click Export and a csv file will be downloaded to your computer.


Social & Display

This report will populate only if you have Social & Display enabled on your account.

Social & Display reporting allows you to review your client campaigns at a high level, including Client, Campaign, Creative, Audience, Date, Sent, Billable, and Billed.

You are able to filter this Social & Display report by start and end date, audiences, campaign, and creative. Simply make your selections and click Apply.

Not all Social & Display columns will be displayed by default. If you would like to edit the columns displayed, click Columns and select the options you wish to view.

If you make edits to filters or columns displayed, click Save Layout to save the view. Once saved, it will become the default view.

To export the Social & Display report, click Export and a csv file will be downloaded to your computer.
