Manage Your Billing and Subscriptions

How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Account

If you would like to upgrade or down grade your monthly subscription, navigate to Billing>Subscription.

Click Change Plan.

Select your desired plan, and click Close.

If you are on an enterprise plan and need to make changes to your billing, you will be prompted to contact our Sales team.


Enable or Disable Overages

Enabling overages allows you to continue to collect leads after you've hit your monthly lead allowance. The cost for overages, if enabled, is the effective rate of your current billing plan.

To enable or disable overages, head to Billing>Subscription and toggle the Overages button either on or off.


Cancel Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your monthly subscription, navigate to Billing>Subscription.

Click Change Plan.

Click Cancel.

After you click cancel, you will be able to access your account through the end of your billing cycle.
