Removing or Deleting a Client Account - Agency/White Label

Instructions on how to delete or remove a client account.

Check Campaign Status

The first step in deleting a client account is to ensure there are no active campaigns in that client's account. A quick way to determine this is to head to your Clients tab, locate the client and see if they have a green check mark under Active Account. If they do, you will need to locate their active campaigns and set them to Inactive. How to edit a campaign

If the client has a red X under Active Campaigns column, then a trash can icon will populate next to their name, allowing you to delete them.


Remove the Client Account

Click the trash can icon next to the client name. A pop up will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete this account?". Click ok to confirm, and your client account will be permanently removed from your agency account.
