Adding a Monitor

To add a monitor, click the Add Monitor button.

The following dialog will appear:

Service: allows you to select either Leads or Enrichment.

Type: allows you to select Account Lead Caps, Campaign Lead Caps, Leads Billing Plan, or Pixel Status. If you selected Enrichment, you'll be able to set up a monitor for your Enrichment Billing Plan.
Threshold Type: allows you to select the type of threshold for a particular service type. For example, if you selected Leads>Account Lead Caps, you would be able to input a number that is a percentage of the total or a number that is greater than your desired threshold.

Threshold Value: enter the numerical value of which you wish to be notified.
Notification Channel: select email, Slack, or Push. Note: if you wish to be alerted via all three channels, you will need to set up a separate monitor for each. If you select email, the notifications will be sent to the email address associated with the account you are logged into.
Notification Timing: select whether you wish to be notified immediately, once a day (Daily Digest), or once a week (Weekly Digest).

Once your selections have been made, click Add.

Enable, Disable or Delete a Monitor.

To enable or disable an existing monitor, simply toggle the monitor. A green check mark (as seen below) means the monitor is enabled.

To delete a monitor, simply click the trash icon next to the monitor.
